About the Role:

Spruce & Gander seeks a dedicated Project Manager to support our territory’s sales operations and enhance our customer experience.
As a Project Manager, you will build and maintain positive relationships with sales representatives, customers, contractors, and vendors. You will efficiently manage inbound and outbound customer service via phone calls and emails. Supporting project management tasks, you will ensure all assigned actions are completed on time and follow up on leads and tasks to keep track of relevant details and progress. You will work closely with a Sales & Education Specialist, forming a team where success is measured by key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
You will provide product support, pricing budgets, quotes, order submittals, and invoices as needed in this role. You will be responsible for order placement and tracking, ensuring high accuracy from production to delivery. General office duties, including digital filing, data entry, organization, and shipping samples, will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will maintain the client database in our cloud-based CRM system. You will collaborate with the Sales & Education Specialist to develop and meet team-based KPIs, ensuring the success of your assigned territory.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with full-time availability and a minimum of two years of administrative experience preferred. A certificate or diploma from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is also favorable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should have effective time management and prioritization skills, the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, and proficiency in managing deadlines and driving tasks to completion. A professional appearance and demeanor, comfort in communicating with various stakeholders, and a willingness to learn and interpret plans and specifications are also important. You should be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Work Environment:
Our hours of operation are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday. Our San Marcos, CA 92078 corporate office provides a collaborative workspace, offering a modern environment that fosters creativity and teamwork. For candidates located outside the area, we are open to the possibility of remote work for the right candidate.
